Yoga Nidra & Yin Yoga
Gentle, restorative practices designed to calm the nervous system,
support emotional balance, and create space for deep rest.
A Space to Rest, Reset, and Reconnect
In a world that often asks us to keep going, these sessions offer something different, an opportunity to slow down.
Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga are gentle, restorative practices designed to support the nervous system and create space for deep rest and reflection.
These sessions are not about performance or flexibility.
They are about creating a safe space where your body and mind can soften, release tension, and return to balance.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, disconnected, or simply in need of rest, these practices offer a supportive place to pause and reconnect with yourself.
What Is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep", is a guided relaxation practice that allows the body to rest deeply while the mind remains gently aware.
During a Yoga Nidra session, you are guided through a structured relaxation that supports the nervous system and allows the body to release stored tension.
There is no movement required — simply lying down, listening, and allowing yourself to rest.
Yoga Nidra sessions are offered:
✔ Privately online
✔ Privately at the client’s home
✔ As part of workshops
Many people experience:
• Deep relaxation
• Improved sleep
• Reduced stress
• Emotional clarity
• A sense of calm and restoration
What Is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle style of yoga where floor-based postures are held for longer periods of time with the support of props such as blankets or bolsters.
Rather than focusing on strength or movement, Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues, ligaments, and fascia. Additionally Yin Yoga encourages stillness, patience, and awareness.
Yin Yoga sessions are offered:
✔ Privately at the client’s home
✔ In small group workshop settings
✔ On their own or combined with Yoga Nidra
These longer-held postures support:
• Release of physical tension
• Increased mobility
• Nervous system regulation
• A deeper sense of calm
No previous yoga experience is required.
