The Courage to Feel
Slow down
Connect with your body Welcome your emotions
Rest deeply
A 90-MINUTE WORKSHOP FOR THOSE TIRED OF PUSHING THROUGH AND ARE READY TO SLOW DOWN AND FEEL.
In a world that values constant doing, many of us have lost touch with what we are truly feeling. We stay busy, distract ourselves, or push through discomfort, often disconnected from the wisdom of our bodies and emotions.
But what if our feelings are not something to fear or fix?
What if slowing down is an act of courage?
The Courage to Feel is a gentle and supportive 90-minute workshop that invites you to pause, become present, and deepen your connection with yourself. Together, we will explore why slowing down can feel challenging, how we experience emotions in the body, and how our habits of busyness and distraction can keep us disconnected from our inner world.
During this workshop, we will:
Explore the difference between constantly doing and simply being
Reflect on questions such as: How do I know what I am feeling? Am I afraid of certain emotions?
Practice simple grounding and somatic exercises to notice sensations and emotions with curiosity
Be guided through a restorative Yoga Nidra accompanied by a soothing sound bath
This workshop is not about fixing yourself or forcing emotions to arise.
It is an invitation to slow down
and listen inward.
No experience is necessary, only a willingness to pause and be curious about what is already within you.
Your feelings are not obstacles,
they are messengers
